What we collect

When you build a quote list, the selected product IDs and quantities are saved only in your own browser. Your name, phone, city and notes are used only to prepare the WhatsApp message; the website does not store them on a server.

WhatsApp quote requests

Tapping the WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp with a prepared message. Nothing is sent until you press send yourself. After sending, Melody LTD receives your message and number to reply with a quote. WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to messages sent through it.

Website assistant

Questions you type in the Lenosed assistant are sent to an AI service to generate a reply. Conversations are not saved to an account and disappear when you close the page. Do not type passwords, payment details or other sensitive information.

Language preference

Your chosen language (Arabic or English) is saved in your browser so the site remembers it.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. It is used only to answer your enquiry, prepare quotes and provide after-sales service.

Your choices
